We start with a technical review of the customer’s requirements, available drawings, process conditions and operational targets. Based on this assessment, we define the optimal scope of work — from concept development and working design documentation to workshop drawings, manufacturing specifications, bill of materials and quality control procedures.
Equipment manufacturing can be organized through selected production partners or local fabrication facilities, depending on the project location, cost efficiency, delivery schedule and customer preferences. Each stage is controlled through agreed milestones, transparent payment terms, technical supervision, quality inspections and documentation approval. Our support may also include assembly supervision, FAT / inspection coordination, delivery support, installation assistance, commissioning, warranty service and post-warranty maintenance.
